Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Tuck & Thread purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We understand you'll want to feel the fabric — opening the package to touch and inspect the product is perfectly fine.

How to Return

Email us at support@tuckthread.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging (or any secure packaging) and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at support@tuckthread.com and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is available, we'll ship it as soon as we receive your return (or sooner, depending on inventory).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@tuckthread.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been washed or used beyond initial inspection cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.


Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Shipping Speeds

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days — FREE on orders over $75 (otherwise $5.95)
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days — $12.95

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on tuckthread.com.
